DATAmundi’s Head of Marketing, Louise Law, has received a Women in AI Leadership Award at the Women in AI UK Annual Summit & Awards 2026 in London.

Held on 24 August at the BSI group buildings in London and co-organized and hosted by BSI Women in Tech, the annual Women in AI (WAI) UK summit brought together WAI members and senior leaders from across industry, technology, policy and standards to explore the practical challenges surrounding AI regulation, standards, compliance and sustainability.

The award recognizes Louise’s contribution to leadership in the AI and tech industry and her work helping to advance conversations around responsible and globally inclusive AI.

Representing DATAmundi at the UK Summit, Louise contributed perspectives from the world of multilingual and human data, including the critical role that language, culture, human expertise and high-quality data play in building and improving frontier AI that can perform accurately for diverse users and markets.

The WAI Summit featured discussions spanning sustainable, responsible AI, evolving EU and global AI regulation, international AI regulations and standards, challenges faced by high-risk sectors like banking and healthcare, and the growing challenge of trust and authenticity in news and media and society in general.

“It was such an honor to receive a Women in AI Leadership Award,” said Louise Law. “Women in AI has created an incredible global network and community. It brings together like-minded people to share knowledge, challenge thinking, provide support and help move the industry forward in so many ways.”
